Unfortunately, the noise from the train station and hallways can be quite disruptive, even with the windows closed. The shower setup is subpar, with a curtain that barely covers the tub and no space to hang the shower head properly. A few spots left from previous guests in the bathroom are concerning, and the lack of air conditioning can be frustrating during warmer nights. Finding electric outlets next to the bed is also a challenge, making it a hassle to charge devices overnight.

great location

i had a wonderful stay at a&o antwerpen centraal! the hotel was super clean, and my room was spacious with a big comfortable bed. being right next to the train station was a huge plus. the receptionist was incredibly friendly and surprised me with a larger room. perfect!

During my recent stay, I appreciated the excellent access to the central train station right across the street, making it super easy to hop on and explore, and I loved being just a short walk away from ZOO Antwerpen for a relaxing afternoon stroll among the animals.

The dining scene around A&O Antwerpen Centraal is a total treat! I devoured a juicy burger at Ellis Gourmet Burger and scarfed down some killer pizza at Del Popolo. Plus, the location is on point, right next to Antwerp Centraal Station, which made getting around a breeze. The staff was super friendly, checking me in without a hitch!

Also, no hairdryer was a letdown, especially for a place that’s got such high standards in every other area.

I had a cozy three-night stay in a comfy and clean room. The location is perfect, right next to the train station, and the friendly receptionist surprised me with an upgrade! Wi-Fi was spot on too.

The noise from the street made it feel like I was camping in a rock concert. My bed was as comfy as a yoga mat—yikes!

Perfect for a quick stopover

The location is convenient for anyone passing through due to being next to the central station and close to a lot of food places. The staff were very accommodating for 2 young lads from England, and the room was clean & ready for us to enter as soon as we arrived.

It wasn't exactly cheap but still acceptable for what we got.

Had a fantastic time with friends at this place! It's the perfect base for exploring the Old Town and the Museum aan de Stroom. The staff were super friendly, and our room was cleaned promptly, making our stay comfy. Plus, it's just steps away from the train station!

However, it was a bit noisy at night, but nothing too bothersome for a city stay. Just something to keep in mind if you're a light sleeper.
